Tui Na and Acupressure at the Berkeley Community Acupuncture Clinic

Tui Na is massage based in Chinese medicine that helps bring balance and harmony to body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It can facilitate the body’s natural healing process for a wide range of issues including injuries and pain, digestive health, immune system, creating ease in the menstrual cycle, and stress.  It can help to increase circulation, enhance mobility, and free stagnant Qi.  After a Tui Na and acupresure session, many people also feel a deep sense of well-being and expanded possibilities and life choices.

Aline Prentice, C.M.T., is the founder of communityacupressure.org. She is a graduate of the 1000-hour Acupressure Mastery program at the Acupressure Institute and has taught acupressure classes since 2010. She is constantly in awe of the power of acupressure to balance body, mind, emotions, and spirit; and is passionate about making this beautiful and profound healing art accessible to the community. She enjoys working both with active styles of Tui Na and quiet, restorative acupressure flows and energy work. She is grateful beyond measure for the ways acupressure brings balance, grace, and magic into her life; and loves sharing the joy with others.
